From caring for green spaces
to a love of olive trees.
Poldo Service began by designing and creating public and private green spaces. Its bond with plants led the business to specialise in olive growing and extra virgin olive oil production.
Lorenzo Polacco nurtures this passion through training as a professional olive tree pruner and extra virgin olive oil taster. Knowledge becomes care, from the tree to the tasting.
