On 28 January 2024, Macelleria Da Samorina visited Poldo for a live cooking demonstration. The event combined an olive oil lesson and tasting with a culinary journey.
The starters were caramelised strips of Marchigiana-breed Vitellone Bianco dell’Appennino Centrale PGI beef, with capers and Taggiasca olives, and hand-cut beef tartare.
These were followed by sliced beef steak and, to finish, Greek yoghurt mousse on a crisp biscuit with Poldo extra virgin olive oil, lime and ginger.
