Olive oil courses
We are also available to organize extra virgin olive oil courses from organized structures (restaurants, conference rooms, schools, etc. ..).
Our courses include:
- Knowledge of Poldo Service and Oil Poldo;
- Explanation of the differences between various types of olive trees;
- knowledge of olive processing stages;
- An explanation of how to recognize true extra virgin olive oil;
- Presentation of our products;
- Oil tasting with professional stripping technique.
Courses are held by the Poldo’s owner, Lorenzo Polacco, certified professional taster.
