Olive oil courses

We are also available to organize extra virgin olive oil courses from organized structures (restaurants, conference rooms, schools, etc. ..).

Our courses include:

  • Knowledge of Poldo Service and Oil Poldo;
  • Explanation of the differences between various types of olive trees;
  • knowledge of olive processing stages;
  • An explanation of how to recognize true extra virgin olive oil;
  • Presentation of our products;
  • Oil tasting with professional stripping technique.

Courses are held by the Poldo’s owner, Lorenzo Polacco, certified professional taster.
