Suggested as is for salads, soups, bruschette, pasta, meat and fish.

It’s produced without the use of chemical flavorings, but only with authentic Parmigiano Reggiano©.
It’s indicated for the following uses:
• base for mayonnaise, to obtain a mayonnaise with the flavor of parmesan;
• cooking vacuum-packed steamed vegetables infused in the dressing;
• as a base of vinaigrette (ie oil-vinegar or oil-lemon emulsions) for dressing salads or meats;
• as an alternative to butter for some types of risotto.
